So, a big thank you to you all :)
"Sandrine trained me after the birth of my baby. She perfectly catered the exercise around what was safe for me to do, ensuring that I was also pushing myself. She has a wonderfully friendly personality and is very easy to talk to. She also offered excellent nutrition advice and encouragement. Thank you!!" Nicola
"I have been working with Sandrine for the last three months in order to lose the baby weight. Sessions are always good fun, full of laughter and I don't feel compelled to clock watch (which I have done with other programmes). Sandrine has the ability to push you to achieve your goals but is very considerate of your limitations and you quickly see the results. Sandrine gives 100% to every session and her passion for exercise and a healthy lifestyle can't fail to rub off on you." Amy

It is not always easy to get back into shape or to find a way to feel fit again after one or several pregnancies. It is all about finding the time and having the energy to exercise, or simply in the midst of the whirlwind that accompanies a new baby making ourselves the priority just for an hour now and again. By taking good care of ourselves the whole family balance and happiness will be enhanced. Happy mums (and parents more generally) generate happy children.
It is normal after giving birth to feel more like "a mummy only" and less than the women we used to be, but, for a sane personal and family life, this feeling must not last for ever. Every mum should have the chance to find their own balance again, and that is what I want to offer you. There is absolutely nothing wrong in wanting to look the way we used to look before the pregnancy or wanting to feel fit again, that's the way the things should be for all of us. Being fit will provide a big amount of energy to be given back to our little ones, and helps us to cope with the lack of sleep, and manage the stress that is so common in newborn households. It will help us to feel not only a Super Mum, but a Confident Woman.
You can reach this with an appropriate program, which one is designed to help to :
- strengthen your pelvic floor,
- lose weight with low impact cardiovascular exercises and food adjustments if necessary,
- flatten your tummy and regain your waist size by strengthening your core and general abdominals,
- tone-up your legs and buttocks (exercising on the mat with adapted weights but also thanks to the cardiovascular training like, biking, stepping, fast walking)
- re-balance your general posture (if needed) which can be distorted when we carry Baby a lot, and also because of 9 months of heavy weight carried in the front.
- relax with sequences of deep breathing.
The goal will be :
- to soon fit again into your pre-pregnacy jeans,
- to feel amazing, energized, in phase with yourself and with this new world around you. You'll be ready for the biggest challenge and the most fantastic adventure in life : raising a wonderful family and happy children!
