"I enrolled in one of Sandrine’s eight week training sessions. Having never done any intensive physical exercise before I wondered, what am I doing! However I knew it was time to get a balance between using my mind / studying for a counselling degree and my physical well-being.
Each week Sandrine came along with a simple plan, her enthusiasm for increasing my fitness level and exercising outdoors (in the depths of winter) was contagious. I got fitter, discovered and developed the ability to push myself a little harder each week and enjoyed the exhilaration of reaching my goals. It was a great time to think of nothing else but exercising. Sandrine was awesome at adapting to where I was at, changing the program slightly if needed, so I gained the most out of each session. But she recognised my improvements and made sure I knew them too. It was always a celebration to run downhill at the end of a session. Now I am fitter, enjoy setting and celebrating my own goals. "Fit for all, is exactly what it implies - it is a session for anyone whatever fitness level you are. It has been a long time since I have exercised regularly and was very self conscious of my size, fitness level and the fact that I was starting right from square one. Sandrine helped by taking the anxiety away from exercise and weight loss. With her reassurance and a friendly kind manner, I am able to focus on smaller goals rather than feeling overwhelmed about a number (at the end of the day that is all the scales do, provide you with a number).
