My name is Sandrine, I'm a Personal trainer specializing in fitness programs for new mums, women over 40, men, women, beginners and intermediates of all ages. My philosophy is to keep it simple and realistic to make sure your goal will be achievable. I tend to have a hollistic approach to fitness, I think the only way to get good physical results is by finding peace inside and acceptance of who we are, the way we look and what we can achieve. I use sport and the beautiful environment around us as a way to connect or reconnect to our true self. Both spirit and body have to work together to reach well-being and perfect balance - a healthy spirit in a healthy body- from my point of view they can't be dissociated in the search for well-being, improved fitness and optimized performance.

It's no secret that regular exercise has direct positive effects on our physical and mental health, and this is true for all age groups. Doing sport makes us feel good, strong and brings an amazing feeling of well-being as it is highly satisfying, energizing and has a positive powerful influence on our everyday life. All this is even enhanced when we exercise outside; the general benefits of an outdoor training session are proven to be higher than any indoor workouts, especially regarding to the mood issues and the increase of energy. That is why I take my clients out there (or try and convince them to), for them to discover or rediscover how fun, powerful and satisfying can be an outdoor session and how amazing we feel afterwards. 
Also to make them realize that the outdoors are an incredible source of enjoyment and pleasure, and once the connection with the Nature is established nothing won't stop us to keep going on that fantastic journey.

I'm passionate about what is possible to achieve. I truly and strongly believe that we do not have to torture our body to get very good results. Going gently at start and keeping it simple is, from my point of view and experience, the best way to strengthen our muscles allowing them to build up some extra strength every time we exercise, also the best way to improve our cardio and to feel amazing after every fitness session. 
With the right encouragement and your determination regular exercise can soon become a rewarding habit, generating real pleasure and a true sense of well-being in all aspects of our lives.

We all have our own capacities and personal level of fitness. What works for the others is not automatically what's going to work for us, that is why having a personal program is important, and your Personal Trainer is here to understand and tailor what should be the best for you.
